A block-printed, hand-stitched cotton fabric forms the base of the cushion. Embroidered and crocheted antique bands are applied and finished with hand-sewn whip-stitching in wool. A fringe in shetland wool outlines the cushion. A French cotton mattress stripe is used for the reverse side of the cushion. The cushion comes in its own canvas drawstring bag.
