    The Noelle Dress is made from our French botanical chiffon. This 100% silk frock features hand-smocked seams along the arms, a Victorian-inspired technique that adds a dramatic touch to this soft silhouette. It is finished with a tiered skirt and raw edge bias-trim neckline.
