Guanabana home accessories are handmade by artisans using the iraca weaving technique, typical of the Colombian tradition. The iraca, or toquilla straw, is a natural fibre that comes from the "Carludovica palmata", from whose leaves fine threads are obtained that are dyed to give them colour. Once dry, the artisans interweave the threads with the different colours to create placemats.

For cleaning it is advisable to use a damp cloth. It is not washable.
